Simply put, they can compete with the best. Looking to expand these service offerings nationwide, Bethpage set out to establish brand awareness in new markets and increase interest in prospective members across the country.

The Fi5th Approach

First familiarizing ourselves with the brand, we studied Bethpage’s existing customer base to identify the defining traits shared by their most loyal brand advocates. Gaining a more thorough understanding of customer acquisition and retainment provided foundational insights that informed our creative and strategy approach.

With in-person production halted during the pandemic, a nimble and responsive approach allowed us to create memorable, branded content that introduced viewers to two key Bethpage products; Home Equity Lines of Credit, as well as the brand’s flagship Free Checking Account.
